A COZY FALL CORNER
Coming into the coziest season of all, there are a few ways on how I like to go about creating a cozy area and home...
I want to give you a couple tricks I have and show you what I've learned to create such a cozy space during the fall and winter season!
Over the years Walmart has made that process of creating a cozy home so very easy. With their on-tread items that are beautiful and fit so many versatile spaces, free shipping, extremely fast delivery, and great prices, it's great to create a designer look on a tight budget!
It's as easy as pulling up the Walmart app or heading to your local Walmart store for in person looking. I promise you will find not 1 but many things you will be drawn too and might just end up in your shopping cart;)
Just like that Better Homes & Gardens Mira Chair did for me! I stumbled upon it during Walmart's holiday deal days they had going on. I was sold immediately not only by the charming look but also the price point. You really can't beat the prices Walmart offers. Like that textured pillow on the chair, would you believe me if I told you, it is $11?1? Wild right!! The quality is great too with holding the structure so well...
My newfound cozy corner!! Snuggled up in my sherpa swivel chair, cozy fur throw blanket and a cup of hot coffee in my adorable gold/pooka dot mug.
A big factor on setting the tone for a cozy space, is ambiance. A lit candle or fire going is the perfect way to create the feeling of
'come cozy in and relax'... This Warm Leather & Amber candle is not only so pretty sitting out with the multi color glass it's in, but I lit it today with the Better Homes & Gardens matches and my goodness it smells like a dream.
The mood is almost set for the coziest feeling. But not quite yet... If you are a mama, you know that your usually not fully relaxed unless most if not all of the house is cleaned (or at least tidy!!) A trick that I have come to learn over the many years is keeping a vacuum close by. We keep our Eufy Homevac that we have had for years right off of the kitchen for easy close up on the hardwood and or carpet floors. We actually purchased another Eufy Handheld Vacuum because we use them so much if one is charging, we can have a backup or 2 people can vacuum at once. A huge game changer.
So, once the area around me has been vacuumed, the candle and fireplace are lit, the lamp behind me on during the gloomy fall mornings. I can cozy right up in my chair, covering up with a warm blanket with a fresh cup of coffee and breatheeee...
