30 Day Marriage Prayer Challenge
Join us as Ryan and I, along with many of you start the 30-day prayer challenge for our marriages!! We did this last year, and it was so powerful. I must admit, in my own marriage it showed me my flaws and drew me closer to God and wanting to glorify Him through it all! But we are going to pray big prayers of healing, restoration, and put on our spiritual armor to fight hard for marriages!

The last time we did this I encouraged you to write out your prayers. It helps to focus your brain and not get distracted, and it's also amazing to look back on and see how God has worked through the prayers! I loved the moment on girl left on the Instagram reel that said this...
"I can honestly say last year's prayer challenge changed my life. Looking back at my prayers now and seeing them answered.

We don't always see immediate answers, but we know that God hears every single prayer we pray and He answers them in His
perfect timing and His perfect way.
Also, since last time we started the prayer challenge on such a whim I didn't have together a list of prayers prompts. This year a sweet follower found a list of prayer prompts from Revive Our Hearts Blog and I thought it was a perfect starting point to focus us each day. I will be using them to guide our prayers and will hop on my Instagram each night to pray for our marriages. I'll keep all of the prayers in a highlight reel so if you miss it you can look back there!
Prayer Prompts
Day 1 - Pray that your husband will grow spiritually and consider his accountability before the Lord.
Day 2 - Pray that your husband's relationship with God and His Word will bear fruit in his life.
Day 3 - Pray that your husband will be Humble and quick to agree with God about his sin.
Day 4 - Pray that your husband will grow in leadership skills in your relationship protecting and providing for you.
Day 5 - Pray that your husband will be faithful to his wedding vows.
Day 6 - Pray that your husband will love righteousness and hate wickedness.
Day 7 - Pray that your husband will safeguard his heart against inappropriate relationships with the opposite sex.
Day 8 - Pray that your husband will work hard to provide for your family, to the best of his ability.
Day 9 - Pray that your husband handle finances wisely, will have discernment concerning budgeting and investing.
Day 10 - Pray that your husband will cultivate strong integrity, and not compromise his convictions.
Day 11 - Pray that your husband will have a humble, teachable servants heart before the Lord.
Day 12 - Pray that your husband will yield his sexual drive to the Lord and practice self-control.
Day 13 - Pray that your husband uses practical skills to build your family.
Day 14 - Pray that your husband will speak words that build up your family and reflect a heart of love.
Day 15 - Pray that your husband will choose his close friends wisely.
Day 16 - Pray that your husband will choose healthy, God-honoring activities.
Day 17 - Pray that your husband will enjoy his manliness as he patterned his life after Christ.
Day 18 - Pray that your husband will have an eternal perspective - living in the right of eternity.
Day 19 - Pray that your husband will be patient and a man of peace.
Day 20 - Pray that your husband will yield his mind and thought to the Lord.
Day 21 - Pray that your husband will learn how to relax in the Lord and in his greatest times of stress.
Day 22 - Pray for your husband will practice forgiveness in your relationship and with others.
Day 23 - Pray that your husband will be a good father.
Day 24 - Pray that your husband will have a balanced life - that he will balance work and play.
Day 25 - Pray that your husband will be courageous in his stand against evil and injustice and he will stand for truth.
Day 26 - Pray that your husband will discover and live his God- given purpose.
Day 27 - Pray that your husband will understand the importance of taking care of his body.
Day 28 - Pray for your husband will be a man of prayer.
Day 29 - Pray that you husband will surrender his time and talents to the Lord.
Day 30 - Pray that your husband will serve God and others with pure motives.
