OUTDOOR LIGHTING
Outdoor lighting is such a fun way to dress up a house. It can make a house feel more traditional/modern/ or farmhouse! When we put on this addition I fell in love with pictures of gooseneck lighting! But when adding lighting, you have to remember that scale is everything! There are so many types of goosenecks but these make a big statement since they are 14″ in diameter! I couldn’t find these exact lights, but these ones are almost identical…
It’s also fun to mix and match lighting. To set these two entries apart, I chose a more traditional lantern light to go by the front door. I love how it mixed the farmhouse with the traditional. This exact light is no longer available, but this light is super similar!
The last lighting we added out here, besides our hanging lights, were these cute little gooseneck lights on the guest house. I wanted to keep a cohesive look and not get too busy, so I matched it to the house lighting.
